How to log in to Arkin Vault.

You started a trial and got an email. Here’s exactly where to go, how the sign-in works, and what to do if your password slips your mind.

Start with the set-password email

When you sign up for a trial, Arkin Vault sends a set-password email to the address you used. Open it and click the link to choose your password. That link is what turns your new account into one you can sign into — so set your password first, before anything else.

Don’t see the email? Check spam and promotions folders, and give it a couple of minutes. If it still hasn’t arrived, you can request a fresh link from the forgot-password page — it works the same way for a first-time set as it does for a reset.

Step by step

1

Set your password

Click the link in the set-password email and choose a strong password. This is a one-time step for a brand-new account.

2

Go to the sign-in page

Head to /admin/login — the admin sign-in for your workspace. Bookmark it; this is where you’ll come back each time.

3

Enter your email and password

Use the same email address the set-password invitation was sent to, plus the password you just chose, and sign in.

4

You’re in your vault

You land in your workspace — documents, recipients, NDAs, and the access log, all in one place. First time here? Follow the activation walkthrough to send your first document.

One workspace per tenant. Arkin Vault is multi-tenant: your sign-in gives you your own isolated vault, separate from every other customer. You always log in through the same /admin/login page — your account resolves to your workspace and only yours.

Forgot your password?

It happens. Open the forgot-password page, enter your email, and we’ll send a reset link. For security the link is time-limited — use it soon after it lands, and if it expires, just request a new one. Set a fresh password and sign back in at /admin/login.

Locked out or stuck? We’ll get you in.

If the email never arrived or sign-in isn’t working, tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll help right away.
