Open the set-password email from your trial signup and choose a password. That turns your new account live and lets you sign in at /admin/login. Full detail on the how to log in page.
On first sign-in you’ll be asked to accept the platform terms. This is a one-time step for your workspace — a quick read-and-agree that clears the way to the vault. Once it’s done, you won’t be asked again.
Upload the file you want to share — a PDF, a Word document, an EPUB manuscript, or an app release — and Arkin Vault prepares it for governed, in-browser viewing. Attach the NDA you want signed (your wording, or your lawyer’s), and set access controls like watermarking on or off. This is the moment your document becomes gated: sealed until the agreement is complete.
Add each person by email. Arkin Vault issues a per-recipient personal link — one unique link each, no account or password for them to create. Because the link is tied to a specific person, everything they do is attributed to them in the access log. Add as many as you need; you can revoke any link later.
Send the links. Each recipient signs your NDA in the browser, then the document opens — clean, or watermarked, your call. Every signature, view, and download is logged to the recipient, so you can prove exactly who accessed what and when. The agreement, files, and access trail stay together as one evidence record.
Nothing goes off the record. From the signed NDA to the last page view, access is logged — whether or not a watermark is showing. That trail is the point: it’s your proof the document was released only on your terms.
